Breakfast was a little sparce

I loved the pool the size was good for my kids wasn't to deep very safe for my young kids!! And this hotel has no deposit!!

Yes my shower did not work And they have a ant issue and the juice in the moring taste like straight water

Nothing at all

Yes everything.. first my room was supposed to have a hot tub in it which it did not and that was the one thing I requested when speaking with you guys on the phone for over an hour to reserve my room.. there is so much more that was wrong

The owner was nice. Room was good

The pool was closed again Breakfast was only cereal, bagel and waffle. Coffee was good

Yes! When we arrived the hotel staff was outside smoking Pot! When the guy was checking us in he informed me that the staff before him had gave my jacuzzi room to another couple so my room that I booked was no longer available! Not happy at all!! ???

Room smelled bad wasn't very fresh and clean fire alarm went off at 2 am for no reason

Location was good and that rooms were clean.

Overnight guy was not friendly, there absolute NO bottled water in vending and really the vending is extremely poor with no snacks or anything.

The other guests in this hotel ran up and down the halls and yelled and fought until after 3 am. Worst night I've spent in a hotel.

It was a bed?

I used the motel bathroom. Had used soap in bucket marked used soap. Pathetic, nasty I have p Bungie cord on end door, no exit sign. Ice machine broke sign. Snack machine sign broke. Breakfast nothing like picture. No fruit, no eggs, bacon or sausage.

It was close to our destination.

The window needed fixed. The air flow was bad. The shower curtain was stained in many places.

The older lady at the front desk was super friendly.

Nasty!! The pool area is more of a caving in storage room. 1/2 the ceiling was killing and poorly tarped The wall around the pool I was rotted and fill with what looks like mold. Pool water stunk. Our room had water damage and was molded from it.

Huge room, basically like an apartment, nice breakfast under the circumstances of covid. Dog friendly reasonable sanitation fee.

hotel was close to highway for through travel. reservation was ready when we got there!

Yes, I called several times to ask about my Flat Irons and they did not return any of my calls. Also they told me that they would speak to the Mangers and maids they to relay my search. They did not respond that message was given them or that had searched

The staff was very friendly.

This hotel should not have a 2.5 star rating. It was not clean. The elevator button did not work. The towels were thin and of poor quality. It was fine for what it was, but it deserves a 1 or 2 star rating. It is not in league with Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel smelled horrible!!! Roach on elevator floor and all around dirty. I should slept in my car!!

Cleanliness of bedding and not enough towels and pillows for 4 people.

Very quite Staff very accommodating and pleasant

Ants were crawling on the syrup for the waffles. Not a lot of options for breakfast.

Right off the freeway and a lot of parking.
